Good experience

This was perhaps my worst experience on Fiverr. I thought he did a good job understanding the scope and asking critical questions, so I hired him. The first thing he did is try to charge me $50 for installing a plugin and applying the API key to do the tasks that were part of the scope. He claimed to be an active campaign expert, but was far from it. I wanted him to implement a general abandon cart for any given product, a general email optin, a banner optin on one of the pages, and a popup contest optin on a specific page. All 4 of these funnels were left unfunctional. I can't even submit an email into any of the optins. This was a huge waste of time and very negative experience.
