Mailchimp is the best newsletter provider for startups. You can start collecting email addresses up to 2000 contacts for free.
I've been using MailChim for more than 3 years for various projects.

For theBasic gigI will add your mailchimp sign up form to your Wordpress blog. So you can collect email addresses from your website. You must have a mailchimp account to get starting. No modification.

1. Add trendy design to your sign up form and ad it to multiply places on your website. One modification is included.

2. You provide the content for your newsletter and I put it in a nice format. If no content provided I make a template by dummy content you can fill in later. One modification is included.

3. Pop up form: I set up a plugin for you to have a nice pop up when somebody visits your homepage. One modification is included.

4. If you have free gift (PDF, PSD, Video etc.) to give away to your visitors, I will set up your Mailchimp to send it to anyone who signs up.
