I have created a program capable of sending HTML emails from a valid Gmail account. It can use an XLS file with email address and name. That name can be used to personalize your email thus being more focused on a person. 
Besides the HTML message, each email sent can have an attachment. 
It's capable of adding 3-18 seconds between each email sent and another random value (optional).  The number of emails that it can sent it's limited by the number of emails you can send from that account. Also, the main account will receive an email with details from the last batch: attachment, the addresses and the actual email.
Needless to say that the program it's functional and ready to be delivered.
